Detroit Announcement

Well they finally ran themselves into the ground. I am pretty irritated by this and it has nothing to do with my employment status, because I am a contractor through IBM for them.

They have had Hydrogen technology for many years and could have pioneered the ultimate sustainability model with a Hydrogen infrastructure. They could have saved the world, but they didn't. They chose to become bankrupt instead.

I am now waiting for the inevitable with outcomes like this from financial strain and be released from my contract position. Then I go to the IBM bench where I will be in grave danger of a layoff. IBM likes to do them quarterly and quietly especially if you are not billable.

OK this rant is completed for now. I guess I will go find a partner and try to create something on my own since I can't rely on the current system. Anyway, I am a bit frustrated by the sheer waste of such amazing potential. It is an embarrassment.
